Substantiation of resource-saving technology when mining the deposits for the production of crushed-stone products

Purpose. Scientific substantiation of the expedient depth mining non-metallic deposits rocky minerals on basis mathematical and statistical methods, which will ensure resource-saving rational use natural resources. Methods. To solve purpose set, following methods are used: graphical-analytical – when optimizing maximum building materials, method modeling for determining with internal dumping. By means processing according to systematized types deposits, patterns a change in basic depending main parameters quarry field, have been studied. Findings. A new methodology, is distinguished by taking into account in-pit dumping, has developed calculating granite quarries, most all influences efficiency operations value economic indicators while ensuring effect achievement deposit. new, theoretically substantiated methodology created mineral production crushed-stone products providing resource- land-saving during operation. Originality. For first time these dependence their field place dumping overburden rocks determined. This become factor appropriate deep materials provides minimal land disturbance. Practical implications. The research results tested implemented working projects Liubymivske, Chaplynske, Pervomaiske, Mykytivske, Trykratske Novoukrainske deposits; as result additional reserves, increment volume from 1 48 million m3 possible, 5-40 years sustainable operation enterprise.
